Griffin has announced, via Twitter, a new Chrome version of their Elan Form case. Exclusive to the 3G iPhone, the Elan Form Chrome case is made of premium leather with an inner polycarbonate shell. Along the edges and corners of the case is a new Chrome lining that protects your iPhone while keeping it in style. As with all of Griffin’s cases, a screen protector and microfiber cleaning cloth are included to offer extra protection against smudges and scratches.
You can purchase your own Elan Form Chrome case, $34.99, online at Griffin’s website. Better yet, as Hack the iPod touch readers we’re offering an exclusive code to save 20% at check-out. Beginning on Thursday, you can use the code GRIFFINFEB09 to save 20% off any Griffin products. The code is active all February long, so don’t sit on buying your own Chrome case.
Ugg, I thought this was about the hack…

Cool case. Looking at their website, it looks like they have one for the iPod Touch as well http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/elan-form-ipod
The Chrome edges on the iPhone case though look pretty cool.
Alas, it’s also a reminder that The Chrome isn’t available for the platform yet.
