Check out AppShopper

The App Store has only been around since July, yet has over 10,000 applications already. With that many applications, it can become a pain to find an application you’re looking for or find new applications. Luckily, there’s a website called AppShopper that makes all that a breeze.

AppShopper archives every application released on the App Store, and has detailed information about each of them. You can browse for the Top 100 free and paid applications, browse the newest released applications and more. You can also use their handy search bar to search for a specific application or type in a keyword to pull up similar applications.

This website also becomes very handy when applications go on sale such as during the holidays, because AppShopper allows you to categorize applications by price changes. This way, all applications that go on sale will fall under this category on the website because they all fell in price. Other categories include updated and new applications. And of course, like the App Store, you can browse by genre including games, sports and utilities.

You can bookmark AppShopper, follow their Twitter, and subscribe to their RSS Feed by going here.
