Yes, not everybody want to pay for internet on a Phone. Maybe just iPhone nano that makes phone calls and iPods and some game, that’s it. Without fee for data.

it’s not practical to have a smaller iphone. if you talk about an ipod, it’s ok because it’s something you keep in your pocket and you use it like a music player. the iphone itself and all the features it has, has to be relatively big, because you use it with your fingers.
if the device is smaller, it would be more difficult to use it and take advantage of it.
the same old thing, with a different size, doesn’t sound attractive to me

Anyway, this is probably a rumor, if not the phone surely will not have Appstore, since the games are specifically made for the iPhones current resolution and display size.
Also just the whole idea of it seems extremely far fetched, I mean an iPhone nano, seriously this popped up in the past before and it was proven false. If they release this, it is surely a fail device
