New versions of iTunes and Quicktime are available today.
The update does not seem to be directly applicable for iPod touch users, but they should still benefit from the “bug fixes to improve stability and performance.” Below is Apple’s full changelog for this update:
iTunes 7.5 features the ability to activate iPhone wherever service is offered and support for Phase, a new interactive music game designed exclusively for iPod nano (third generation), iPod classic, and iPod (fifth generation). This release also includes bug fixes to improve stability and performance.
Quicktime has also been updated, with the following changes:
QuickTime 7.3 addresses critical security issues and delivers:
- Support for iTunes 7.5
- Updated support for creating iPhone-compatible web content
- Updated JavaScript support in the QuickTime Web Plug-in
- Numerous bug fixesThis release is recommended for all QuickTime 7 users.

Be careful everyone, updates will remove all hacks and mods made to your iPod.

Does anyone know a way of getting Itunes to work with 64 bit windows Vista. I have a very expensive 16gb piece of useless electronics on my hands?
